TMZ.com is reporting that Waka Flocka Flame and Gucci Mane may be in trouble with the law again.
The ATL rappers were allegedly arrested Thursday in Henry County, according to TMZ .
The report said Waka (real name Juaquin James Malphurs) and Gucci were arrested at Waka’s home and that Waka’s mother said police were looking for evidence of gangs and drugs.
The website said unnamed law enforcement sources in Henry County said police were investigating possible prostitution but found marijuana and weapons.
According to a search warrant, police searched Waka’s home for “marijuana, articles, pictures, and communications relating to gangs and gang paraphernalia.”
Waka has rapped openly about being a member of the Bloods street gang.
If the report is true, the rappers are still in police custody. They have not been booked into the county jail, Major Jeff Norman of the Henry County Sheriff’s Office told the AJC.
“Neither one of them are here,” he said, adding that the last time Malphurs was in custody there was in September.

Henry County authorities raided rapper a home TMZ identified as rapper Waka Flocka Flame’s.
The rapper was not there at the time, but fellow artist Gucci Mane was, and was cuffed at the scene but released, the site TMZ reported.
Waka Flocka’s Twitter feed includes the post, “The folks just kick my door in good thing I left for court LOL,” several hours ago, followed by a tweet complaining that his house had been wrecked.
The Henry County Police Department confirmed to the AJC that its Criminal Apprehension and Gang Enforcement Unit executed a search warrant at a home, inside the Eagles Landing subdivision, at 7 a.m.
“The unit discovered two firearms and a small amount of marijuana and prescription drugs,” the department told the AJC in a statement. “The firearms recovered were a Kel Tech .223 caliber sub gun, and a Taurus .40 caliber semi automatic.”
Two men were arrested and charged with possession of less than an ounce of marijuana. The apprehended were:
Johan Michael Antney, 20, of Jamaica, NY., and Tyrell Raylon Mingo, 20, of Stockbridge.
While its unclear who Johan Michael Antney is, he shares the same last name as Waka’s mother/manager, Deborah Antney, who also hails from Jamaica, NY.
“Additional charges are pending on at least one other subject,” Henry County police said, but wouldn’t say whether that person is Waka Flocka Flame.
