2 Chainz was among 11 people arrested early this morning (August 22) after police stopped his tour bus in Oklahoma City for a traffic violation.

The Atlanta rapper had performed Wednesday night at the “America’s Most Wanted” tour with Lil Wayne and T.I. Just after midnight his tour bus was pulled over for a broken taillight. The routine stopped turned into a showdown with local police.

Police suspected there were illegal drugs on the bus, but the driver reportedly locked the bus doors and refused to let police onboard without a search warrant. Everyone on the bus also refused to leave. Police then had the tour bus towed, with everyone still on board, to a police training facility until they were able to obtain a search warrant.

After several hours, the people were removed from the bus and arrested. All 11 passengers were booked into the Oklahoma County jail for a state misdemeanor charge of obstruction.

Police officers then searched the vehicle, but they have not said what they found during the search.

The 11 arrested have been identified as:

Tauheed Epps (aka 2 Chainz)

Cedric Brooks

Abdullah Mujahid

Rory Smith

Jermaine Simister

Stethen Boykin

Jack Brown

Marshal Sudderth

Robert Jordan

Leon Smith

Bryan Gathii
