Trey Songz doesn’t need to hide behind elaborate equipment or auto-tune machines, he has a simple “mobile” studio in his Beverly Hills home where he creates his musical masterpieces.
The R&B crooner let #TeamBeautiful into his sacred place for our inaugural InterludesLIVE event in LA and gave us some insight behind the makings of his latest single “Smart Phones.”
“Something that is crazy about people is that we lie to people we care about,” he confessed to host Smokey Fontaine about the player’s anthem that he recorded in that very spot. Trey opened up about being caught cheating on the song and lying to his girl to win her back.
