After a 15-hour meeting on Friday, (November 26th), the NBA Players Union and the owners have reached a tentative agreement, ending the lockout that has caused many games to be cancelled. The season will start on December 25th and there will be 66 games played instead of 88.
Two months of the season have been cancelled. No word on if the all-star game will still be played.
The owners are reported to have come out on top of the negotiations. Read more about the end of the lockout at our sister site NewsOne.
