Nicki Minaj Reveals How Beyonce Influenced Her

Nicki Minaj is one of the biggest stars in the WORLD right now. Not only is she doing well in her music career, she’s also acquired a long listed of endorsements and has a multi-faceted brand. Recently, Nicki shared her influences and Beyonce was one of them.

Specifically in reference to her Pepsi endorsement, Nicki says:

“Out of the people that have done something with Pepsi, I think I was probably the most influenced by the Beyonce commercial.”

“I felt like this is a young black girl, early on in her career and she’s doing something so iconic and I never thought in a billion years that Pepsi would reach out to someone like me.”
