Dwyane Wade Attempts To Strip Ex-Wife Of All Parental Rights

Dwayne Wade was determined to spend Father’s Day with his sons, even if that meant his ex-wife had to go to jail in the process. Last year, Dwyane Wade was awarded fulll custody of his two sons with his ex-wife, Siohvaughn.  This means that his boys only have scheduled “visits” with their mother who lives in Chicago.

According to police reports Dwyane’s sister went to pick up the boys at noon on Saturday in time to make their 3:00 flight back to Miami. Apparently, Siohvaughn wanted to get more time in with the boys because when it was time for them to be sent back to their father, she was nowhere to be found.

As a result, Siovaughn was charged with two counts of attempted child abduction, two counts of unlawful visitation interference and one count of resisting arrest. To drive the knife in even deeper, D Wade has requested that a judge strip Siovaughn of all her parental rights, a hearing is scheduled for June 26th.
