Just one week after dropping his latest album FORTUNE, R&B singer Chris Brown is being investigated for possibly faking his community service hours.

A judge ordered an audit of Breezy’s community service progress when a prosecutor handling his felony assault case against ex-girlfriend Rihanna cited a possible discrepancy in the amount of work he has performed.

Chris was sentenced to complete six months’ worth of community service as a part of his probation for domestic abuse against Rihanna. Chris did his hours in Virginia, his home state, doing various manual labor jobs such as graffiti removal and roadside clean up.

Brown, 23, remains on probation for viciously beating Rihanna in February 2009. He has completed domestic violence and anger management counseling.

Brown must appear at the next hearing, tentatively scheduled for August 21.

There was no mention of the recent bloody, bottle-throwing brawl at a New York City nightclub that left Brown with a cut on his chin, or a woman’s claim that the singer stole her cellphone in Miami after she tried to take a picture of him.

Brown is serving a five year probation sentence.
