Young Vito, the rapper accused of killing Brick Squad rapper Slim Dunkin, appeared in an Atlanta courtroom recently for a motion hearing.
The judge in the case of State of Georgia verses Vinson Hardimon (Young Vito’s real name) presided over the motion hearing to decide whether to grant Vito immunity from prosecution based on his claim of self defense as well as a motion to grant bond.
The trial will commence December 3rd in an Atlanta courtroom.
