The Mall at Stonecrest is in serious debut and may be facing foreclosure. The AJC is reporting that the $98.7 million loan for the Lithonia mall was directed this week to a firm that helps work out troubled debt.
Gwinnett Place Mall also went through foreclosure last year, and Union Station Mall in south Fulton County was foreclosed three years ago and is cl0sed.
