One of the biggest lessons learned this past year: never take advice on taxes from celebrities.

In a recent video with TMZ, rapper The Game shared the three things that (he thought) were okay to write off on your taxes. With making it rain on strippers at the strip clubs at the top of his list, The Game made sure to include his two guilty pleasures as well: Air Jordans and medical marijuana.

Although the rapper had a valid explanation for writing off medical marijuana, he may not want to try that around tax season. According to the IRS, “You cannot include in medical expenses amounts you pay for controlled substances (such as marijuana, laetrile, etc.). Such substances may be legalized by state law. However, they are in violation of federal law and cannot be included in medical expenses.”

We’ll hope The Game doesn’t become the next victim of tax-related issues.
