Young Jeezy's "Seen It All" Album Release Party

Young Jeezy’s recent gun charge may be going away after TMZ discovered that the AK-47 that got the rapper and 5 members of his entourage thrown in jail doesn’t even belong to Jeezy. The weapon is legally registered to the head of security for Jeezy’s tour.

As we previously reported, Jeezy was arrested after Wiz Khalifa’s Under the Influence of Music show last Friday night. According to TMZ, Irvine police executed the search warrant on Jeezy’s tour bus Sunday at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater in connection with the shooting in Mountain View, California, where a man was killed after being shot 5 times. Police say they arrested all 6 people on the bus because no one claimed ownership.

Sources told TMZ that the assault rifle’s owner — the tour’s security chief — wasn’t on the tour bus at the time because he was in the hospital. The bodyguard was one of several people shot and wounded at a Chris Brown-hosted party at 1Oak nightclub the night before. It was the same shooting where Suge Knight was shot 6 times.
