Lil Wayne’s issues with Cash Money and Birdman may have reached the point of no return. Weezy filed a lawsuit asking a judge to terminate his contract with Cash Money, plus he’s suing the label and his “daddy” Baby for $51 million!

Lil Wayne claims in the lawsuit that Birdman and Cash Money violated his contract by withholding tens of millions Cash Money owes him for his long-delayed “Tha Carter V” album. Weezy also wants the judge to declare that he’s the joint copyright owner of all Young Money recordings, which includes Drake, Nicki Minaj and several others.

However, Weezy will reportedly stay with Cash Money and Baby if the label coughs up the money he’s owed. If that happens, Wayne has no choice but to stay.

Guess we’ll have to wait and see how this all plays out.
