An arrest warrant has been issued for the man accused of shooting Lil Wayne’s tour buses in Atlanta on April 26. According to the AJC, the man reportedly shot up the tour buses for gang status.
Jimmy Carlton Winfrey, 25, of Atlanta, has been charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats and acts, criminal damage, possession of a firearm by a felon, criminal gang activity, reckless conduct and discharging a weapon near the street. The shooting occurred around 3 am on I-285 near I-75 after a performance at Compound.

Winfrey, who is reportedly associated with the Bloods, was allegedly driving when he fired multiple shots from his vehicle, causing more than $20,000 worth of damage to the buses. An arrest warrant was issued on May 21st but Winfrey is still not in custody. He was convicted in Ocotober of drug possession in Florida and sentenced to two years on probation.
