Nicki Minaj might be an international superstar, but she never forgets where she came from, and who stood by her side on the way to the top.
This weekend, the Pinkprint rapper’s older brother, Jelani, walked down the aisle, and Nicki made sure that she was in attendance along with her beloved family.
The Queens native joined the rest of her loved ones for her brother’s milestone, and took some adorable photos with him, as well as her beautiful mother.
While dedicating a couple Instagram posts to Jelani, Nicki got pretty emotional while speaking on how much he means to her, and included the lyrics to Monica’s “For You I Will:”
I would cross the ocean for u. I would go & bring u the moon. Promise u. For u I will. I love my brother so much man. Can’t believe I cried during his wedding and his first dance like a punk. May God bless him and his union. Tonight has been one of my favorite nights of all time. I do anything to see my brothers smile.

She also stood next to her mother for a couple of pictures, both striking some poses proving that they are quite the dynamic mother-daughter duo.
