In today’s edition of #RichPeopleProblems, we learned that R&B crooner, Trey Songz owed the IRS nearly $1 million in back taxes.

According to TMZ, the singer chose not to pay $748,870.08 on his income from 2013 and was hit with a tax lien while in Miami last month.

Ironically, Trey wasn’t hurting for money because he was spending $35,000 a month to rent a mansion in the Hollywood Hills reports TMZ. #Priorities

Instead of handling his business privately, he wanted the world to know he’s no Wesley Snipes or Lauryn Hill.

Trey posted a screen shot of a conversation with his “Mumma” where he claims to have wired over his debt.

If you would like to put more money into Trey’s pocket and assist with his 2015 tax returns, he’ll be performing at Drai’s Beachclub and Nightclub at The Cromwell boutique hotel and Casino on October 17th.
