Netflix’s The Making Of A Murderer is coming under fire from former Wisconsin state prosecutor Ken Kratz, who says they left some very important evidence out of the ten-part docuseries.

The series tells the story of Steven Avery, a man who was wrongly imprisoned for rape, but then ended up back in jail for murder. Kratz believes Avery stalked his victim and even placed a series of suspicious phone calls. PEOPLE reports:

Avery is currently serving life in prison without the possibility of parole, but maintains his innocence.
