Chris Brown completed his domestic violence course on Monday, and the proud graduate posted a picture of his certificate on Twitter to share with his followers.

The singer was sentenced to a domestic violence course in August 2009 after he reached a plea deal with Beverly Hills prosecutors in the wake of his conviction on charges of assault against then girlfriend Rihanna. Brown was required to take the once-a-week class for one year. The “Deuces” star was also sentenced to 180 days of community labor, placed on five years probation and issued a stay-away order from Rihanna.

“I have enough self-respect and decency to be proud of accomplishing this DV class,” Brown tweeted on Tuesday morning (December 21) about the end of his sentence. “Boyz run from their mistakes. Men learn from them!!! thx.”

Just last month, Brown once again earned praise from the judge overseeing his case, Patricia Schnegg.

“Of all probationers I’ve ever had, and I’ve had thousands of probationers, no one has ever done a better or more consistent job than you have,” she told Brown “And I really want to commend you for taking responsibility, and for actually working diligently to complete all of the things the court has required of you.”

The singer is due back in court on January 28 for his next status hearing.

“It’s terrible. I like some stuff, but she went too left. I don’t think people were ready for her to come [out with pop],” Atney said in the interview. “When I had Nicki, I really wanted her to sing. That’s why I took her for training cause Nicki loves singing, but she kept saying to me, ‘Deb, I can’t do it yet because people won’t understand.’ And that’s why the [rap] mixture was done to introduce them to all of Nicki.”

Atney also states that Nicki holstered too many “unnecessary” features that took away from her talent.
“I think [Pink Friday] was very disappointing to a lot of her fans. She didn’t need a lot of [the] features,” Atney continued.

“That was one of the biggest things like… you gave people so many features, give them you now. Nicki could be so much better because—outside of anything that people say—she’s very multi-talented. I really wish that she would learn to be more of an artist.”

In addition to discussing her feelings on Nicki’s album, Atney also shared her opinion on the beef between Nicki and Lil’ Kim.

“My views on that is that she came too far to go back that route,” Atney said. “Kim does not even have to go there. There are no comparisons to them. Some things are best left unsaid. The whole thing is stupid.
I’m very disappointed that she would go that route. ‘Cause I know all that she was taught. She don’t have to go there with anybody. That was the stuff we always discussed. People had to learn to love Nicki— that’s how the door opened up. It wasn’t about Kim or Foxy or any of the rest of them. So I was just a little disappointed [by her album], but if she likes it, I love it. “

I’m not performing on the Today Show for obvious reasons. I’m so happy the world got to see just a small piece of “the set up”. The Los Angeles native will join cast members Bow Wow, Loretta Devine and Old Spice pitchman Isaiah Mustafa in the drama/comedy.

Mustafa will portray Calvin, a man struggling with his family relationships. Devine and Bow Wow will play his mother-in-law and brother-in-law, respectively. London will play Bow Wow’s girlfriend.

Perry will reprise his signature role as Mabel “Madea” Simmons in the film, adapted from his new stage play ‘Madea’s Happy Family,’ which is currently on tour in the United States.

Written and directed by Perry, the movie began filming this week in Atlanta, with production slated to wrap in early September.

London was last seen in 2009′s ‘I Love You, Beth Cooper‘ with Hayden Panettiere and made brief appearances in ‘Next Day Air‘ and Chris Rock‘s documentary ‘Good Hair.’ Her previous films have included ‘ATL‘ with rapper-actor T.I. and ‘This Christmas‘ with Chris Brown, Regina King, Sharon Leal and Idris Elba.

The 25 year-old actress will also star in the Queen Latifah- produced film ‘Single Ladies,’ alongside Lisa Raye and Stacey Dash.

Last year, London gave birth to her first child, a son, whose father is Grammy Award-winning rapper Lil Wayne.

According to docs obtained by WCNC, Paula Cook filed for child support against her estranged husband Antwaun Cook last week and cited an alleged affair between Cook and Barrino. She claims the two met at a T-Mobile store and, beginning in August 2009, began their “covert adulterous affair.”

Cook goes on to claim, “Throughout the course of their adulterous affair … Defendant/Husband and Ms. Barrino have at times recorded their illicit activity.”

Rumors of an affair between Barrino and Cook have been around for months — and Barrino has always denied them.

Calls to Fantasia’s management were not immediately returned.

“I’m super crushing on Trey Songz,” she says. “I used to listen to his music when I worked in an office, and when I met him a few weeks ago, I couldn’t contain my excitement.” During their first conversation Sidibe recalls asking the singer, “‘Now that we go to the same events, you think I’m cool, right? Do you want to date? We could just get married!’”

I want to say I love Lil Kim man and I’m sorry that she’s mad. I never would have thought by me working with another artist that she would take it the wrong way but if she’s taking it the wrong way, it ain’t meant like that. Nicki has never did anything to her. She ain’t never not pay her homage. She ain’t swagger jack and say nothing negative about her. I think Kim needs to understand that Nicki as a whole, it’s always been respect. Nicki isn’t trying to be her. We still riding with Nicki and we still riding with Kim. We love and respect the days in history that we’ve had with Lil Kim but Kim is going to be an emcee. When emcees come back out, they talk crazy and do what they do but at the end of the day everyone respects Kim for being the Queen B.

That love ain’t going to never change, no matter what she say or feel. I’m always going to remember the good times and I’m not going to make any apologies for working with Nicki Minaj. Especially for someone that has never said anything negative about Lil Kim and who has always, in my eyes, paid homage to Lil Kim. She’s a different emcee. They don’t even talk about the same thing. What Kim has talked about and what Nicki has talked about, they don’t talk about the same things. Anybody that comes after Kim, or me, or Jay or whatever, people get inspired. It’s nothing wrong with her being inspired as long as she takes that inspiration and carves out her own lane. If we do ever manage her, we’ll make sure she carves out that own lane.

Nicki is Nicki, and Kim is Kim. Case closed. We’ll see how far that gets. When you go in that lane, that don’t never win.
