In the issue she speaks on her relationship with Gabriel Aubry:

“Just my luck!” she says. “By the time it hit the papers—full of rumors and lies, with people having to make up problems between us—Gabriel and I had long dealt with it. We were done. And we were on a good foot, and we had decided what we were going to do for Nahla, and we were able to say, ‘This will pass.’”

And did it pass?

“In two weeks!” she says. “Because there was no truth to any of it. There is no discord, there is no fighting. So it came and went. Now we are back to how it was before: living apart, raising our daughter.”

And her daughter, Nahla:

“I worry that this whole insatiable appetite for celebrity children will somehow adversely affect Nahla. I don’t think it’s fair, and I don’t think it’s safe. Los Angeles, CA - Not even Lindsay Lohan’s tears or her humanitarian efforts were enough to keep a Beverly Hills judge from ordering jail time for the wild child movie star.

Judge Marsha Revel sentenced Lohan to 90 days in county jail and 90 days in a substance abuse program for violating probation after learning that she missed seven court-ordered weekly alcohol counseling sessions during the 27 week period between December 2009 and July 2010.

“Are you serious?” she sobbed to her attorney as she furiously plucked Kleenex out of a tissue box and covered her face as she grappled with the prospect of jail.

Lohan had appealed to the judge directly for leniency, admitting that she was scared and told the court, “I did everything I was told to do,” she said. “I thought I was being compliant. I did the best that I could.

“I wasn’t asking for special treatment…I was just trying to balance my jobs. I don’t want you to think I don’t respect you or your terms.”

Lohan’s father who was sitting in the front row of the gallery wept openly after hearing his daughter’s emotional plea.

Judge Revel handed down 30-day terms for two counts of Driving under the Influence and one count of Reckless Driving, and ordered that the sentences be served consecutively.

“I’m very disappointed,” Lohan’s attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley told In Session. “She has done an excellent job with what she’s been asked to do. In my 22 years as a defense attorney I’ve come across glitches during the probation period, but in the end they get resolved.”

“Maybe this will catch Miss Lohan’s attention and she’ll comply with the terms of her probation,” said Prosecutor Danette Meyers. “It’s an appropriate sentence.”

Lohan is expected to return to court on July 20, 2010 to surrender to authorities.

The drama started when the “groupie” known as “Plastic Surgery” aka Sandra Lopez showed up on the set as a surprise guest. As you may remember, Suzie and Sandra had a run in earlier in the season and Suzie threw water in Sandra’s face.

When Sandra showed up on the set, Suzie stormed off angry, but later returned with a bucket of water. She then threw it on Sandra who tried to run but slipped and took a nasty fall in the process. She was treated on set by paramedics who escorted her away on a stretcher. Suzie was arrested by police who took her away for questioning. The last words heard from Sandra was “Call My Lawyer.”

Just last week, Common was professing his love for tennis superstar Serena Williams, but the word now is that their love is no longer.

After over two years of dating, tennis star Serena Williams, 28, and rapper Common, 38, have split, reports In Touch Weekly.

“They just grew apart,” a friend of the musician’s told the magazine. The duo made a last public appearance in April at the New York premiere of “Date Night,” but Common was acting single on the Tom Joyner Foundation Fantastic Voyage cruise while promoting the film “Just Wright in mid-May.”

The Pussycat Doll is now the “Dancing With the Stars” champ.

Nicole Scherzinger and partner Derek Hough dominated throughout the 10th season of the hit ABC show and bested Olympic gold medalist Evan Lysacek to win the “Dancing” crown Tuesday night.

“I feel like I just won a Grammy,” she said after the show. “A dancing Grammy!”

Scherzinger performed a high-energy jive as her final dance that earned a perfect score of 30 and inspired head judge Len Goodman to say, “There can only be one winner of ‘Dancing With the Stars.’ It should be you.”

Lysacek’s quickstep also earned the judges’ praise, but just 28 points.

“It’s been such a blast,” the champion figure skater said. “We are totally satisfied with everything we gave. We’re so proud of Nicole and Derek. They deserve it. … They inspired all the other couples in the competition.”

Scherzinger and Hough kissed the mirrorball trophy as they were hoisted on the shoulders of other dancers.

“Win or lose tonight, I was just very, very happy with the entire season,” said Hough, a two-time “Dancing” champ. “To get the trophy at the end of it, that was just amazing.”

Even more valuable than the trophy, Scherzinger said, were the personal lessons she learned during the season.

“This has been probably the greatest reward personally, this whole personal journey,” she said. “I’ve learned so much about myself. I’ve learned so much about Derek Hough. He’s made me a better person through this.”

She added that she plans to work on winning a real Grammy now that her “Dancing” stint is done.

Lysacek said he hopes to bring some of his new performance skills onto the ice. And though he thought the winning couple “were the best dancers by a mile from the very first night,” he said his competitive spirit pushed him to do better each week.

“I came into this competition and said, ‘I’m not going to be competitive, I’m just going to have fun,’” he said after the show. “And the further we got from the Olympics, the more my competitive fire started burning. … It progressed, and slowly but surely I became more confident as a performer and a dancer.”

ESPN sportscaster Erin Andrews, the third finalist, and her professional partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy were eliminated from the dance-off halfway through the two-hour season closer.

Earlier in the evening, all three pairs each danced an Argentine tango and earned glowing remarks from the judges.

Carrie Ann Inaba called Lysacek’s performance “perfect” and Scherzinger’s “like a beautiful masterpiece come to life.”

Though being on the show “has meant everything” to Andrews, she said she knew the fight for the title would be between Lysacek and Scherzinger.

“I came here under really crummy circumstances,” Andrews said. “I just wanted to be myself again.” Andrews was the victim of a stalker, who was sentenced to 2 1/2 years in prison for following the reporter to at least three cities and shooting videos of her through hotel peepholes.

Gesturing toward Chmerkovskiy, she said, “This one has just put my life back together, so I’m so thankful.”

Chmerkovskiy called the season “a rollercoaster” and “an amazing journey.”

“I feel like we’ve won,” he said, “and I certainly have my own prize.”

After the show, Andrews joked that the pro dancer wouldn’t return to the show, but would instead accompany her on the college football sidelines. Rumors have swirled all season that the dance partners are dating.

Tuesday’s action-packed final episode featured back-to-back performances by the season’s finalists and past contestants.

Astronaut Buzz Aldrin danced in a bedazzled space suit that host Tom Bergeron joked was from the “NASA Liberace collection.” Kate Gosselin reprised her much maligned performance to “Paparazzi,” then tore off her dress to reveal a sparkly miniskirt to finish the routine to the disco staple “I Will Survive.”

Pamela Anderson and Niecy Nash performed a sexy number together. Anderson emerged from the ceiling wearing a lacy neglige and slithered seductively across three male dancers lying on the floor to finish her routine. That’s when Nash took over, shaking her “jiggly parts” in a hot pink sequined minidress.

“I barely made it through this competition with my jiggly parts intact,” said the buxom star, who joked about her love of food throughout the season. “I feel like a weave on a stick.”

“The Bachelor” Jake Pavelka danced with his betrothed, Vienna Girardi. Actors Shannen Doherty and Aiden Turner also returned to the dance floor.

The show’s first college dance competition came to a close Tuesday, with the team from Utah Valley University taking home their own mirrorball trophy.

Earlier this week Jive artist K.Michelle took to her Twitter page to make allegations that her label head, Jive A&R and Hitz Committee CEO, Memphitz, physically abused her and was blowing her album budget on his new boo, Antonia “Toya” Carter. Neither Memphitz nor K.Michelle is saying much outside of Twitter, but a trusted BOSSIP source tells us this story is just the ugly results of mixing business with personal.

According to our source, Memphitz signed K.Michelle to Jive Records through his Hitz Committee label about a year ago.

“He thought she was unbelievably talented, like a female R.Kelly and he wanted to make her First Lady of Hitz Committee,” the industry insider told BOSSIP exclusively. “He was going around telling people how crazy her voice was and calling her his little sister, but she wasn’t feeling that at all. She wanted to be with him from the beginning. She kept pursuing him, telling him they could be like Jay-Z and Beyonce. He kept trying to tell her it wasn’t going to be like that, but she just wasn’t taking no for an answer.”

“He tried seeing her for a little while, but she had a really negative attitude. That girl was always complaining about something. Everything about her was negative and when Memph realized that, he told her it wasn’t going to work with them.”

Bossip’s source says things came to a head about eight months ago, when the two were at a hotel in Memphis, which is hometown for both of them.

“He told her, ‘I can’t really do this relationship thing with you’ and she started going OFF! She was throwing sh*t, throwing punches. He was trying to avoid conflict so he left and went to his family’s house.”

Our source says K.Michelle followed Memphitz to his family home in Tennessee where she continued making threats that she would ruin his career.

“It was just a mess,” the source told BOSSIP, “Her own manager told her to let it go. She’s already said all kinds of crazy stuff. Before this she was trying to tell people she was carrying his baby, so I can’t say this really surprises me.”

We asked our source if it was possible that Memphitz might have resorted to violence at all while dealing with K.Michelle.

“I can’t see him doing that, EVER. I’ve known some of the other women he has dated and he’s never had a problem with violence. When he heard what [K.Michelle] was saying he swore to me on his daughter and on his life that he has never touched a woman. He’s pretty upset about what she’s suggesting.”

The source also told BOSSIP that it’s his involvement with Toya that has made K.Michelle that much angrier.

“He loves Toya,” the insider revealed. “[K.Michelle] is angry because he won’t be with her, now he’s with this other woman and he’s happy and she can’t even get off his label. She’s talking all this sh*t about him blowing the budget, but he wouldn’t do that. He’s been in this business too long. She just doesn’t understand that she doesn’t call the shots in this situation. Memphitz and Jive get to make those decisions about what songs she sings and how the budget is spent. That’s how it works for any artist. She is not any different.”

Halle Berry was supposed to be amicable, but it looks like when it comes to sharing custody of little Nahla, Daddy Gabriel Aubrey isn’t trying to go half on his baby!

The former couple has joint custody, but since his relationship with Halle ended Aubrey has reportedly had some difficulty seeing his daughter and he may resort to taking the situation to court to pursue permanent custody.

According to RadarOnline.com the custody battle between Halle Berry and her baby daddy Gabriel Aubry is heating up, particularly around a work trip that Halle has scheduled this summer. Halle is scheduled to spend three months shooting a movie in South Africa and that triggered Gabriel to consider his legal options to fight for permanent custody of their daughter Nahla, a source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com exclusively.

“It’s been pretty difficult for Gabriel to see Nahla the last few weeks,” a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com. “He’s really getting sick of it and it’s getting to the point where he is seriously considering his options regarding pursuing permanent custody. He refuses to give up rights to his daughter, he loves her more than anything and is determined to be a regular, full time fixture in her life.”

“The latest issue is that Halle is due to move to South Africa during July, August and September to work on a movie and she wants to take Nahla with her full time. That would mean Gabriel not seeing his daughter for three whole months and there’s no way he’s going to allow that,” the source told RadarOnline.com

The argument over custody was really going nowhere, since both Halle and Gabriel are unwilling to give up their daughter during Halle’s three-month shoot.

“Gabriel requested that he be allowed to keep Nahla with him in Los Angeles but Halle wouldn’t let that happen, so the two reached a total stalemate and it started getting nasty, with both of them looking into entering a legal battle,” the source said.

“In the end they reached an agreement. Basically Halle is going to pay Gabriel to be a kind of full time nanny and to come to South Africa for the three months she’s there, and to be Nahla’s full-time caregiver.

“Halle has a huge house that’s being rented for her and she and Gabriel are going to try to live under the same roof and get along for the sake of Nahla.

“Heaven only knows how that’s going to work out, as they haven’t been on the best of terms lately, but they do both love their daughter so maybe they can make it work.

“Halle has got a contingency plan though. If it doesn’t work out with them both living in the same property, she has agreed to rent a house for Gabriel near where she will be staying, and then he gets to look after Nahla all day while she’s working, and return to his place at night.”

“It’s certainly not a conventional solution, but who knows, maybe it will work for them. One thing is for certain though – this definitely is not any kind of attempt at reconciliation. It is definitely 100% over between these two, and if it wasn’t for the fact of sharing a child together they would quite happily never see each other again.
