Weezy sold 964,000 copies of Tha Carter IV according to Nielsen Soundscan! Wayne currently has the number one album in the country and has the second biggest debut below Lady Gaga, who sold 1.1 million copies of Born This Way in her first week.
Tha Carter IV sold 300,000 copies on the first day it was released to Itunes, smashing Jay-Z and Kanye West’s Watch The Throne debut. Keep in mind Tha Carter IV leaked a week before it’s intentional release date!
