Foxy Brown’s manager is maintaining the rapper’s innocence in a statement.

“Foxy is completely innocent of these charges. She is in good spirits and will be performing at B.B. Kings this Sunday,” Brown’s manager Bernadette Brennan told AllHipHop.com in an exclusive statement. “We are going to clear our client of all charges and continue to move forward in a productive and successful manner.”

Foxy was arrested yesterday for violating a protective order put in place by her neighbor, Arlene Raymond, in 2007.

The police report says that Fox Boogie was arrested for calling Raymond a “dirty b***h” and for lifting her skirt and exposing her bare buttocks to Raymond while telling her to “kiss her a**.”
