It’s going to be a long winter and spring for Gucci Mane.

The troubled Atlanta rapper (born Radric Davis)  got some bad news today (October 28) when he learned that a DeKalb County judge ruled against his sentence reduction request, and he’s also been hit with a civil suit.

As we previously reported, Gucci was sentenced to six months in September after pleading guilty to two counts of battery, two counts of reckless conduct and one count of disorderly conduct.

Those charges stem from in incident outside South DeKalb Mall in January where Gucci allegedly pushed a woman he had just picked up out of his moving vehicle.

The woman, who sustained minor injuries, identified Gucci by the ice cream cone tattoo on his face.
