T.I. has finally been given a date with a federal judge to plead his case not to have his probation revoked.

According to tmz.com, the Atlanta rapper is scheduled to go to court on October 15th after getting arrested last month on felony possession of a controlled substance — and he just happens to be on probation for a 2009 federal gun possession conviction.
