Shot in Brooklyn Heights last month, John Legend & The Roots’ video for their cover of Harold Melvin & The Bluenotes’ 70’s classic “Wake Up Everybody” featuring Common & Melanie Fiona finally premiered.

After appearing in roles in the Steve Carrell/Tina Fey comedy Date Night and starring opposite Queen Latifah in "Just Wright," Common is looking to transition from movie roles to television.

Chicago rapper Common has officially confirmed his is a single man and no longer dating tennis star Serena Williams. The rapper confirmed the news to Chicago’s Fox News, during an interview at the 3rd Annual “Stay in School Event.”
