Erykah Badu recently entered a plea of not guilty to a disorderly conduct charge in relation to her nude stroll through Dallas' Dealey Park which was filmed for her "Window Seat" video.

We recently told you there was a possibility that Erykah Badu could face charges because of her taking it all off in public for her new video "Window Seat." Well we've just learned that Badu will be charged with disorderly conduct for getting naked at the site where JFK was assassinated.
Kayleigh Espinosa was spending her 9th birthday in Dallas' Dealey Park with her mother when Erykah Badu walked past them. Badu was shooting her "Window Seat" video in which she strips off all of her clothes. Now Kayleigh's mom plans to file a complaint against Erykah and says that her daughter was traumatized.

"I don't understand how someone who lives here, who is a resident of this city, could do such a thing," said Lindalyn Adams, a longtime civic volunteer who is credited with rescuing Dallas' Dealey Plaza from neglect and exploitation in the 1980s.
