The singer and her mother Tina Knowles have decided to add temporary tattoos to the sportswear collection.

WWD reported this morning that Tina Knowles was so captivated by how good her daughter looked in the faux full body tattoo that she worked with Temptu, the Japanese beauty company that made the original tats, to license a limited edition version to sell to the public.

“We decided to invite Temptu to help us create custom body art for her to model with our fashions,” Tina Knowles, Deréon’s founder, designer and creative director, told WWD. “The resulting images were so strong that we realized consumers might want to re-create the tattoos themselves.”

On Nov. 1, Deréon and airbrush makeup firm Temptu will release a limited edition collection of both basic and deluxe temporary tattoos to adorn and toughen up your look. The waterproof tattoos will be offered in Deréon’s signature fleur icon and in chains, spider designs, rocker bolts and jewel baubles-giving you a two to five-day edge. The $16-basic kit has eight tattoos and all the pieces needed to affix the designs on your skin, while the online-only deluxe kit will retail for $34 and includes a signed photo of Beyoncé as well as a chance to win a trip to New York. A pair of leggings from Beyonce’s new Dereon fall collection look a great deal like leggings from Iceland’s E-label – a pair of which the musician bought for herself last fall at a Topshop in London.

“This is naturally huge and I am still half in shock. I didn’t [recognize] straight away that this was her own label: I just thought she was wearing our leggings. It is practically just copy/paste,” says Heba Hallgrimsdottir, one of the owners of E-label.

When asked, Heba said that E-label has not copyrighted its design, but believes that widespread media coverage of Beyonce’s purchase last November, both in Iceland and overseas, would be evidence enough to prove plagiarism.

Asked whether E-label will attempt to sue, Heba said she could not answer that question as things stand right now.

“I have only just heard about this and no decision has yet been taken,” Heba said. “We need to inspect her brand’s trousers closer because, according to law, it is not copied if a certain number of things have been changed from the original design.”

According to StyleList, Beyonce’s Dereon fashion line is being sued for half a million dollars. The pop super star is being sued by Hong Kong manufacturer Vier International Ltd. for breach of contract.

StyleList states,

According to the complaint filed in the U.S. District Court in Manhattan, the apparel maker claims it lost more than $500,000 because clothing company Donna Loren LLC and shipping outfit HJM International were “conspirators who induced the shipment of goods to the United States with the intent to convert them or pay less than the agreed upon contract price,” says the source.

The alleged low-balling scheme reaches far and wide. Vier also names Beyond Productions LLC and House of Deréon — both companies owned by Knowles and partners — for taking part through purchase orders and requesting manufacturer specifications.

Along with looking for its $500k back, Vier is not playing around: The company included claims under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), the same law used in most Mafia prosecutions!

While 500K seems like pocket change for Bey, the legal implications involved in his case could smear her flawless facade. We’re sure her dad/manager/pitbull Mr. Knowles is already working diligently to separate Beyonce from this mess. Either way, get your legal team together girl!
