Soulja Boy claims on Twitter that he wrote Willow Smith's breakout song, "Whip My Hair." The song, which became an instant success upon its release this fall, contains the line "Hop up out my bed / Turn my swag on," a reference to Soulja Boy's hit single "Turn My Swag On."

Soulja Boy may want to get in touch with Chris Lighty at Violator management as soon as possible. Apparently Lighty, who has represented such hip-hop heavyweights as Missy Elliot and Busta Rhymes, has been trying to track his client down so that he can sign a document that's worth a lot of money.

Soulja Boy's having a rough week. Although the infectious "Pretty Boy Swag" was a hit and certified club banger, it didn't translate into record sales, most likely because it was a hit months ago and Soulja just dropped his album "The DeAndre Way."

The 2010 BET Hip Hop Awards went down at the Atlanta Civic Center over the weekend and the who's who in hip-hop all turned out for the event. Nicki Minaj, Diddy, Rick Ross, Soulja Boy, B.o.B., Busta Rhymes, Flo Rida, Keri Hilson, Waka Flocka, Twista and more all attended! Even though he's not allowed to leave the state of Georgia due to his recent drug arrest, T.I. was notably absent.
