Usher is firing back at ex-wife Tameka Foster’s claims that he is a bad father to their two children.

As we previously reported, Tameka asked a Georgia court last month for full custody of their two sons, claiming that Usher has not lived up to their joint custody agreement. Tameka claims that the Grammy Award-winning Atlanta singer failed to get her permission to travel with their kids and hired nannies without her approval. She also wants Usher to submit to a drug test.

Usher has filed his own response to Tameka’s claims, asking a judge to reject Tameka’s request for full custody, on grounds her allegations are false.

Usher also claims that he never canceled his ex-wife’s Saks 5th Avenue credit card as she has alleged. Usher and Tameka currently share joint physical custody of their kids.

A trial date has been set for February 27.

The court battle between Usher and his ex-wife Tameka Foster is heating up.

The drama started when Usher wanted to take their sons with him on tour and Tameka said no. He then tried to get sole custody. She followed up with a motion last week for him to be tested for drugs so she could get sole custody.

According to Tameka, when he was sick onstage in Germany and had to stop the show, he was “in delirium” and not sick as he claimed. She also alleges that back in 2008 she found “mysterious pills” in his jeans pockets and she believes he gets high.

Tameka said:

“I believe he gets high. And if he doesn’t then he’d take the drug test, correct?”

Usher filed a response to Foster’s allegations last week, calling Foster’s drug test request “frivolous and unfounded,” and intended to “harass and embarrass” the singer.

So we’re assuming that Usher did not pee in the cup!

According to TMZ, Tameka filed court papers in Georgia, asking a judge to strip Usher of joint physical custody of their children ASAP. She’s claiming that Usher has broken several agreements they have in place.

A number of allegations are made against Usher in the legal documents. Tameka claims Usher should seek her permission before taking their kids out of the state, but has consistently failed to do that.

She also alleges they are supposed to agree before hiring a nanny, but he has not approached her before doing so. Usher is apparently meant to ask her to care for the boys if he is ‘away for more than eight’ hours, with Tameka claiming that hasn’t always happened.

Tameka also claims Usher closed her Saks 5th Avenue credit card – which he specifically said he wouldn’t do – and now she can no longer take advantage of the ‘special benefits’ the card offers.’

According to the docs, Usher also promised to pay $5k per month so Tameka could hire her own nanny for the kids – but he hasn’t paid in months, and now owes $34,000 worth of payments.’

She is also alleging Usher’s income has increased after their split, meaning she should get more child support from him.

A court hearing is scheduled to take place tomorrow.

Steven Hirsch, head of Vivid Entertainment, one of the leading “adult film” companies, sent a letter to Usher in regards to the alleged sex tape involving Usher and his ex-wife Tameka Foster that is currently being shopped around. In the letter, Hirsch offers to prevent the video from circulating.

In the letter obtained by TMZ, Hirsch writes “As a result of this being an intimate and very personal tape we can certainly understand why you would want to stop its distribution.” Hirsch continues by saying that Vivid has actually stopped other celeb sex tapes from making it out to the public.

We assume that Vivid accomplishes this by purchasing the tapes and then never releasing them. We can only wonder what other celeb sex tapes are collecting dust in their vaults… Then again, maybe we don’t wanna know.

Usher’s ex-wife Tameka Foster recently sat down with S2S Magazine and spoke about her life after Usher, her run-ins with his mom and how black women hated her the most.

Here’s an excerpt from the interview:

On falling in love with Usher: “At that time I would say he was my best friend. I’m a regular woman that happened to fall in love with an artist. Actually, I didn’t fall in love with an artist; I fell in love with a man. We were both going through kind of a tumultuous time in our relationships. I was getting ready to go through a divorce, separating from my first husband. He had broken up with his girlfriend. He had been in a long-term relationship with someone that he really cared about. And I guess we leaned on each other”.

On the bashing her marriage to Usher received on blogs: “It’s a sad scenario because the lack of support that we received was from the Black women. Only the ignorant people are the loud one and are the ones bashing on blogs and talking and writing up terrible stories and false reports and all of that. That’s ignorance. People with sense,they’re busy”.

On Usher’s romance with Grace Miguel: “I’ve heard it, of course. I’ve never seen it so I don’t know. It doesn’t make me feel any kind of way because he’s not my husband anymore.”

A sex tape starring Usher and his ex-wife, Tameka Foster, is allegedly being shopped around. The video is said to clearly feature the two of them engaged in sexual activity.

TMZ reports that they have seen proof of the tape’s existence:

TMZ was approached several days ago by someone claiming to have the sex tape. The person sent us a short video and two photos. We’ll keep this PG-13 and just say … the people in the video are both givers.

The video and photos are reportedly clear and allegedly show Usher and Tameka.

It’s believed that the tape may have been stolen out of Usher’s car outside of Lenox Mall back in late 2009. Over a million dollars worth of jewelry, furs, and two laptop computers were reportedly taken from the Ushermobile.

Neither Usher’s nor Tameka’s reps had a comment for TMZ’s story.

Being that Tameka is a mother of five boys, we can see where she got the inspiration for this idea.

Optimizing her chances at money-making, Tameka made sure to provide available shopping for all the moms of course by including mini-versions of her very own boutiques, Estella and Estella Home, inside. Fathers can enjoy a football game in the lounge, too.

Tameka recently went in on Kandi Burruss for admitting to crushing on Usher.

Usher recently sat down with People Magazine and spoke in detail about his failed marriage to Tameka Foster and the different personalities of his sons Usher V (aka Cinco) and Nayvid.

In the interview Usher refrains from bashing his notorious ex-wife:

“I appreciate the relationship for what it was,” he says. “Even though it didn’t work out, I’m glad we got together. I love her as the mother of my children; we just couldn’t be married.”

So what went wrong? Usher says that shortly after the birth of their second child, he and Foster started to disagree over everything from parenting style to his busy schedule.

“We’re two different people,” he says, “and we have two different goals. It just was never going to work out 100 percent.”

On his sons personalities:

“Usher [V] is always in everything,” he says. “He’s an instigator. He’s the one who leads his brother astray. I was like that when I was his age.”

Naviyd is more of a follower, doing whatever his big brother does. “So if one gets in trouble, the other one does, too,” says Usher. “They both have a lot of energy. They can wear me out.”

Fortunately, Usher has a babysitter nearby – his mom, Jonetta Patton, lives around the corner. “She spoils them,” Usher says with a sigh. “She lets them do everything that she wouldn’t let me do. Sometimes, when I’m scolding the kids, I sound just like my mom. I’m like, ‘how did Jonetta get in here?’ ”

Usher’s ex has been airing her pent up frustrations on Twitter and this time she’s going in on Chilli. Ever since Usher’s VH1′s Behind the Music aired, Tameka has been on a roll. A few days ago, she stressed that “her marriage was real, but too real for the fake,” and today it’s Chilli’s turn.
