Big Boi stopped by Atlanta’s Hot 107.9 earlier and spoke about his long-delayed solo album, Sir Lucious Left Foot: The Son Of Chico Dusty.

The Atlanta rap legend, one-half of arguably the most successful rap group in history, ATL’s own OutKast, also addressed the recent controversy surrounding VH1’s upcoming Hip-Hop Honors, which will pay tribute to the Dirty South.

In addition, Big Boi said that his OutKast partner Andre 3000 produced tracks on Sir Lucious, but label drama with Jive Records may prevent Dre from rapping on the album. Contrary to past reports, Big also said that he signed a three album solo deal with Def Jam Records, not a one album deal.
