Behind-the-scenes footage has surfaced of Beyonce performing “Ring The Alarm” at the 2006 VMA’s (you remember, the performance with the long trench coat) where she not only seemed aggravated at the production crew but said “I’m a black girl, you can’t put blue light on a black girl.”
We’re not sure why black girls can’t be under blue light but Bey reassures us that it isn’t a good mixture, along with reassuring us that she isn’t the sweetheart she appears to be.
