Local photographer FreddyO told Mediatakeout.com that former soap star and public speaker Victoria Rowell may become the sixth cast member on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta.”

Or she could be the fifth if either Kim Zolciak or NeNe Leakes fail to come to an agreement with the show for a third season. Insiders have been leaking information to the N.Y. Daily News and TMZ saying both are making major monetary demands, perhaps to scare the two into compromising.

Rowell, 50, spent much of her acting career on the soap opera “The Young and the Restless” as Drucilla Winters. She also played Dr. Amanda Bentley on the CBS series “Diagnosis: Murder.” She has appeared in films such as “The Distinguished Gentleman” and “Dumb and Dumber.” She turned heads wearing a dress imprinted with Pres. Obama’s face at the Primetime Emmys in September. (left)

She now lives in Atlanta with her husband and local artist Radcliffe Bailey. They were married in June.  She does public speaking and talks about her 18 years of her life in foster care. She wrote a memoir, “The Women Who Raised Me.”

She has a daughter from a first marriage and a son with jazz musician Wynton Marsalis.

Rowell, according to a recent New York Times article about her marriage, is a native of Portland, Maine.
