One of the hottest plays to hit Broadway this past season is “The Mountaintop,” which follows civil rights leader Martin Luther King Jr.s last night on earth.  Samuel L. Jackson plays MLK Jr., and Angela Bassett plays Camae, a maid at the Lorraine Motel, who is much more than meets the eye.  Directed by Atlanta-based Kenny Leon, “Mountaintop” brings Bassett and Jackson together on stage for the very first time.  The cast and playwright Katori Hall gathered for a roundtable interview on “Charlie Rose” to discuss the legacy of Martin Luther King Jr. and what inspired Hall to write such a groundbreaking play.
