Lil Wayne and his crew are under investigation for assault for the second time in a month.
The victim, Alfred Marino told TMZ he approached Weezy and his entourage while they were skateboarding and asked to take a picture. When Wayne and crew refused, Marino went back to his car and tried to sneak a shot. Wayne then reportedly came over with his crew and threatened Marino, saying ” “Don’t you know all it takes is a word and these motherf**kers are going to f**k you up?”
Marino claims he was then clocked from behind with a skateboard and suffered a concussion and vertigo. Marino’s lawyer, Craig Chisvin, tells TMZ, “My client will enforce all of his rights under the law and all individuals responsible for this outrageous incident will be blamed for the damages that my client has suffered and continues to suffer.”
In April, a photographer in Miami filed a police report claiming he was attacked by Lil Wayne’s crew for the same offense.
Weezy really needs to do a better job of steering clear of drama since he’s still on probation and risks being sent back to jail if he gets in any more legal trouble.
