Chris Brown is in hot water yet again. A Los Angeles prosecutor has charged the R&B singer in a hit-and-run accident, as well as driving without a license.

Brown, 24, is already facing a charge that he violated his probation in connection with his felony assault conviction in the beating of his on-again, off-again girlfriend, Rihanna. According to CNN, Breezy was allegedly driving a car that rear-ended another car in Los Angeles last May. The misdemeanor charges carry a maximum of one year in jail.

An arraignment for the driving charges has been set for the morning of July 15 at the Van Nuys courthouse in California. Brown is also scheduled to be in a Los Angeles courtroom that afternoon for another hearing to set a date for his trial in his probation violation case.

While Brown’s legal team has yet to comment, Brown himself vented his frustration on Twitter:
