The closer you get to the top, the more you realize that there is no “top.” Life is an infinite “evolving” process. My mentor Terri Thomas said: “One finish line is the beginning of a new race.” The people, who continue to seek growth, set themselves apart from those who are “complacent” and settle for “just enough.” Growth seekers benefit the most from new opportunities. They understand the significance of “change” and “keeping up” with growing trends. They are also the ones who enjoy longevity in their careers. Don’t “settle.” Invite every opportunity for growth into your life no matter what the circumstance!
