Moments after Prosecutor McCulloch announced the grand jury’s decision to not bring charges against Darren Wilson, this video was taken of Mike Brown’s stepfather, Louis Head, screaming “Burn this b*tch down” in an emotional rage. While we don’t condone looting violence, his raw reaction is understandable.
