https://platform.vine.co/static/scripts/embed.jsThe Cowboys-Giants rivalry is one of great stress and heartache. This time the Giants got the worse end of it. New York lost 27-26 after it crumbled in the Cowboys’ last drive in the final seconds. Tony Romo was supposed to blow it with another interception in that final drive. He’d already thrown two interceptions, including a pick six at Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie’s hands. But Romo was fed-up with the jokes. He hit running back Lance Dunbar on two huge plays and took advantage of the flaccid Giants, who decided not to guard the sidelines in the final second. Jason Witten finished it off by catching Romo’s 11-yarder in the end zone. Although the Big Blue defense blew it, Eli Manning certainly isn’t faultless. He was unspectacular this game, but he pulled a rookie move before the Cowboys got the ball. He decided to throw the ball away on 3rd down before setting up for the field goal. You do not stop the clock and give the other team a shot at a comeback, even if the quarterback is Tony Romo.
