Macklemore has something to say and not afraid of whom he offends in the process. In his latest song ‘White Privilege’ the rapper calls out white artist who he feels have taken on black culture, but not the issues that affect the race.
He raps “You’ve exploited and stolen the music, the moment, the magic, passion, the fashion you toyed with” and goes on the single out Miley Cyrus and Iggy Azalea “The culture was never yours to make better you’re Miley, you’re Elvis, you’re Iggy Azalea”
The song is catching the attention of many artist and sparking beef with those he called out.
