For those of you who love a good HGTV series or are just curious about the homes of celebrities, this will peak your interest.

Alicia Keys is selling her four-bed, five-and-a-half-bath home in Phoenix for a whopping $3.85 million. The insanely gorgeous 7,881-square-foot home offers panoramic views of Mummy Mountain, Squaw Peak, and the Praying Monk. The 20-foot windows are treated for homeowners to see outside without others seeing inside. There’s a swimming pool, spa, sauna, and dramatic winding driveway.

The “Diary” singer purchased the home in 2008, paying a little more than what it’s on the market for— so the loss in money clearly means it’s a property she wants off her hands. And while we’re not sure how much time Keys, husband Swizz Beatz, or their children spent there, it does look like a family-friendly property.

As noted by Trulia, this is not the native New Yorker’s first go round with real estate. Back in 2012 she and Swizz listed their SoHo triplex penthouse —originally purchased from Lenny Kravitz— for $17.95 million. That home, which looked straight out of a Empire episode, was 6167 square feet and had a winding rooftop terrace.

Busines wise, the 35-year-old recently took on longtime associate Erika Rose as her sole manager. The announcement was made weeks after a sisterhood retreat they took together.

“Erika has played an instrumental role in my artistry since day one,” said in a statement to Billobard. “She is a strategic manager who makes smart decisions and understands the balance between business and creative endeavors. I feel a great sense of trust and clarity knowing she will be holding the reins of my career as my business partner. This is the best music I’ve made yet and the best time of my life is yet to come.”

While we’re not sure when the pianist’s album will drop this year, her eldest son is keeping busy. Five-year-old, Egypt Dean landed placement on Kendrick Lamar’s Untitled Unmastered EP, which Swizz proudly revealed on Instagram.
