No matter how determined you are to exercise, sometimes a busy schedule just won’t allow you to fit in those important gym visits. HOWEVER, you can still lose weight even when you’re crunched for time. Here are a few tips:
- Eat smaller meals/fewer calories. You don’t have to have a fancy menu to lose weight. In fact, the foundation of weight loss is simply calories in vs. calories out. A daily calorie intake between 1200-1500 calories should give you the deficit needed to drop pounds, even when you can’t make it to the gym.
- Find other ways to get active. Even though you may not be able to take a spin class or hop on the treadmill, there are still ways you can burn calories within your everyday routine. From taking a quick stroll during your lunch break and choosing a parking space further away from your office building, look for ways to take more steps. Every bit of extra movement helps!
