Georgia Supreme court rules police can’t make suspected DUI drivers take a breathalyzer
In a new ruling Georgia Supreme court says police can’t make drivers suspected of D.U.I. take a breathalyzer and if drivers refuse to take that test that, that refusal can’t be used in court as an admission of guilt. This ruling is the results of Frederick Olevik vs State of Georgia.
