Kandi Burruss, arguably the most popular and likable cast member of the second season of “Real Housewives of Atlanta,” will test her trivial knowledge next week on the syndicated version of “Who Wants To Be a Millionaire.”

But the set-up is a little unusual. She won’t be up there alone for charity. Rather, she will be paired with a non-celebrity housewife Michelle Solgan of South Orange, N.J. and will help her out in her path to a potential $1 million.

Burruss’ segments will air Wed. Feb. 24 and Thurs. Feb. 25. Locally, it can be seen at 9:30 a.m. on WATL-TV.

The entire week will feature “Housewives” from New York, New Jersey and Atlanta. Burruss was the only one from Atlanta. Sheree Whitfield and Lisa Wu Hartwell read pre-taped questions. For whatever reason, NeNe Leakes and Kim Zolciak declined to participate.

This is from the press release:

As the sole representative from Atlanta, Kandi Burruss said, “I really enjoyed getting to meet the other ladies from Jersey and New York City. I’ve never met them before, so it was really cool and I’m a big fan of the New Jersey Housewives. See, they’re cool and laid back. The Atlanta housewives, we keep it crunk all the time, so you need to have all of us up here. It would be crazy!”
