As we previously reported, the 2010 BET Awards were recently announced and lots of people were left a bit stunned when they found out that white teen pop sensation Justin Bieber was nominated for Best New Artist.
Some people are speculating that Bieber was nominated as a favor to Usher, who signed the teenager to his production company, RBMG.
Late night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel was one of those left scratching his head, so he sent a camera crew to South Central L.A. to get the reaction of the people to the nomination.
