Rap legend/actor Ice Cube's new documentary Straight Outta L.A. will make its worldwide debut at the Tribeca/ESPN Sports Film Festival this April. The movie chronicles the origins of The Raiders from their time as an Oakland-based team, until 1982 when a court decision allowed the team to move to Los Angeles.

After doing jail time for assault, aspiring hip-hop artist Dezmond Wilson appeared to be turning his life around, his cousin Ryan Adams said. Adams hired Wilson a year ago at Stack ‘Em Entertainment. He taught the 24-year-old how to create beats and promote other artists. Wilson was gunned down inside the studio late Wednesday night.
