Radio One Atlanta would like to congratulate our very own Emperor Searcy of Hot 107.9 for winning the Simon Kornblit Community Service Award! The award was presented last night at the March of Dimes Achievement in Radio Awards at the Ansley Golf Club in Atlanta.
Hot 107.9's Emperor Searcy and his Emperor Searcy Foundation held its second annual event at Leaping Lions this past weekend. The event, Leaping Into The Summer, featured a performance by Atlanta's Rich Kids. In addition to the performance, Emperor Searcy handed out over $3,000 worth of gift cards, bicycles and other goodies.
