A Fulton County Superior Court judge has reportedly ordered that Gucci Mane be sent to prison for a year, for violating the terms of his probation during an altercation in November of 2010.

Waka Flocka Flame recently sat down in an interview to discuss the recent raid that took place at his home over the weekend. As we previously reported, authorities raided his Henry County home and cuffed fellow Brick Squad rapper Gucci Mane.

TMZ.com is reporting that Waka Flocka Flame and Gucci Mane may be in trouble with the law again. The ATL rappers were allegedly arrested Thursday in Henry County, according to TMZ . The report said Waka and Gucci were arrested at Waka's home and that Waka's' mother said police were looking for evidence of gangs and drugs.

Gucci Mane was ordered released from Fulton County Jail Wednesday after prosecutors announced they would not pursue the pending multiple traffic charges or the obstruction allegation.

Gucci Mane has been arrested again. This time he is charged with driving on the wrong side of the road, running a red light or stop sign, damage to government property, obstruction, no license, no proof of insurance and other traffic charges. Officers reportedly had to use pepper spray to subdue Gucci.

Gucci Mane reportedly turned himself into a drug treatment program on October 14. Now comes word from MediaTakeOut that Gucci was reportedly arrested after checking himself out of a rehab center in Riverdale.
