During her arraignment at Brooklyn Criminal Court yesterday, Foxy Brown entered a plea of not guilty to violating an order of protection. Foxy was arrested earlier this week after her neighbor, Arlene Raymond, claimed that Foxy yelled at and mooned her after an argument.
