Jagged Edge member Kyle Norman is a married man after recently getting married to the woman he was arrested for assaulting back in January. As we previously reported, Norman was arrested on aggravated assault charges after he allegedly choked Marrika Maria with a scarf that she had around her neck, shoved her engagement ring down her throat, took her keys and broke her cell phone.

In an interview with Rolling Out, the “Let’s Get Married” singer claims he’s a changed man and that he no longer drinks, does drugs and is in counseling dealing with his issues. While Marrika still deals with pain and has undergone several surgeries due to the injuries she sustained during the attack, she is currently writing a book for battered women and has chosen to move on with Norman.
The two were recently married during an impromptu wedding surrounded by close family and friends at Suite Food Lounge in Atlanta.
