Diamonds may be a girl’s best friend but they certainly are not Jay-Z’s. In 2005 the rapper and mogul was sued by wrestler Diamond Dallas Page because the hand sign that Jigga threw up to  represent the Roc-A-Fella “Dynasty” was too similar to Page’s “Diamond Cutter” hand signal. Now, according to HipHopWired, a clothing company named Volcom is suing Jay-Z’s Roc Nation because the diamond logo bears some resemblance to Volcom’s.

The diamond stone used in Roc Nation ads is similar to Volcom’s logo which has been trademarked since 1991. Take a look at both logos and tell us what you think:
