Lil Wayne Celebrates Daughter's Birthday In Atlanta With Toya, Nivea, Baby & More
Lil Wayne is out of jail in time for his oldest child’s 12th birthday party. Reginae Carter partied on at Ludacris’ restaurant, Straits, in Atlanta this week.
It was a family affair with two of Wayne’s baby mamas in attendance: Toya and Nivea! Tiny was also there along with Diggy Simmons, Baby and his daughter and the OMG Girlz.
