It looks like Rihanna is taking notes from Chris Brown’s book of smoking weed in public places. Bad Girl RiRi recently posted photos via Instagram of her smoking a fatty in the middle of Times Square in New York City. The last time I checked smoking weed publicly in New York was illegal, but I guess when your on Rihanna’s level you can take photos of yourself breaking the law and get away with it.
